what is your jewellery made from ?
our jewellery is made with stainless steel findings, glass beads and charms. the charms are typically not stainless steel. please reach out to ask about specific charms or beads. our beads are sourced from multiple small businesses around the world !
can i wear my piece 24/7 ?
despite the fact that most of our pieces are made with stainless steel, we recommend keeping them away from water and moisture to ensure they live a long and vibrant life. our pieces will always come with a care card but reach out with any questions if necessary.
what if i want a piece that's unavailable ?
let us know on socials or head to the custom tab and we can recreate it especially for you !

on the chance that your shipping provider cannot help with your package, please reach out and your order will be remade and reshipped if able.
